: Picture Me Outside Your Bedroom Window With a Guitar and a Whole Lot of Love

faithfully_a_wallflo writes: I've had a solid three years to cope with the decision I made that night I tore us apart
Something has awaken in me these past few days and it has resurfaced you in my heart
Suddenly tiger lilies bring a tear back to my eye, and I constantly reread Perks of Being a Wallflower
I'm bombarded by Shakespearean sonnets and country songs that fill up my every hour
I don't even need to look at your picture anymore because I live our days over again in my dreams
But it's no classic fairy tale with candlelight and a bed adorned with rose petals or other romantic schemes
This is all it's own, it is indescribable and wordless, basically it's love in the remains
Your love for me that you buried long ago reappears and our descention wanes
I'm out here counting all the stars and plucking strings to a melody all your own
It is a flurry of notes accompanied by some lyrics begging for you to let me get you alone

: from him to her, then nevermore

darkdream writes: what's gone wrong?
i can't think straight
it's been so long
since i've seen your face
i want to touch
want to try
but will i burn?
will i die?
question is
am i set?
to take a chance
that may end in regret?
i used to be curious
now i can't get enough

All playing a part a role that we live
Who you are is important
But who exactly are you

meme writes: Falsehood of love
Wishing sitting waiting listening
For the one lost soul
Thinking sleeping hating weeping
All taking its toll
Jesting gazing resting cavorting
We all play are role
Loving caring slaving caressing
Just filling the hole
Beating punching fucking freighting
Hearts as black as coal

: Know Me
Posted by (36 reads)
|
shaneyungphat writes: why don't you know me
you are the only one who should
when our lives are infused
like the grains of polished wood
our days are spent
according to your whims
my passion is fading
like the sunset as it dims
i envy the couples
embracing out of love
they stand together
i as a single dove
i am enlightened
i stay only for our son
though i care for you still
our marriage is done
you strive to change me
to fit me in your mold
yet you refuse to alter
the odd morals that you hold
sadness is obvious by
loss of sparkle in my eye
shining brown iris
dimmed like those as they die
this poem will find you
and i will gone
walking into the distance
to which i am drawn

: Existence
Posted by (54 reads)

suhana writes: A mere existence; an illusion,
neither to unwind the thoery,
nor to break the norms of evolution
the lives frozen, a lost dimension
the making of the frozen mind
been around for a awhile
seen a history and the times not forseen
we move in that herd,
never knew i would enter the gutter
or was it a labyrinth?
he who fears to interrogate
where is the place for a replection?
a mere existence is what that stays,
seen around, the vision thats malformed
or a flaw in my audio frequency?
the nature's err or the divine's play?
search for the answers, baffles me indeed
nothing but ignorance is where it leads
whose to be carried on with the blame
the one who started it all beyond the scale?
or the sons of supreme beign?
running after their empty chest,
day after day filling it to their best,
in the end of the fight so hard,
their restless ecstasy, so it seems!?
to feed their will is what that suceeds.

: before you i fall humble
Posted by (64 reads)

darkdream writes: your love is unrestricted
yet you find ways to weave in constrictions
your words are contradictions
they dont comply to your true intentions
you mean well by me
as far as mine eyes can perceive
but my heart keeps telling me something is wrong
ive been waiting for this revelation for so long

pyroangel writes: when im wastin
time is shakin
i feel forsaken
by the blood in my veins
i dont have the know how
guess it's time to go now
time to rot now
here in the dark
it's not my callin
my memories are maulin
raping me
of my sanity

Semmaster writes: Through diligence, sacrifice and pain,
We till and toil in the fields,
While bending our backs to plant the grain,
We proudly watch our gardens yield.
Through obeisance, desire and anticipation,
We make amends to entreat our God,
While providing a sacrifice of the Lord’s creation,
His servants prophesize with a mighty rod.

: My Catastrophe
Posted by (66 reads)
|
suhana writes: A catastrophe strikes in the backyard,
My apostrophes they befall low land...
Cracks in my mirror mocking back at me,
One among the dirt he crowns me,
Deep in my forest a soul set free,
Burning my trees, the flame eats in glee,
Now watching they, a vast land in bleak,
Among the debris, corrodes a face called me!

: BELLY OF THE BEAST
Posted by (124 reads)
|
Semmaster writes: From the dust of the earth man was made,
When the creation of the Master was done,
From the ribcage of man God made him a mate,
A couple was created from one.
Adam was blessed with the earth as his home,
With Eve to be at his side,
God placed them in a special place,
They were naked with nothing to hide.

mischiefitself writes: I’ve been sick for awhile, but no doctor I’ll see.
I know it’s serious… it’s methalepsy.
Losing hours and sometimes days,
Chasing my tail in so many ways.
Clucking, fucking, and making lists of more lists.
Looking all over for what’s in my fist.

Breath was high days before today
Stomach protruded dauntless in fraud

O’er floating his enormous professional coat
And chief was nay no small thief

pyroangel writes: my heart is beating harder than the waves crashing into the shore tonight
there is a light
inside of you that shines so bright
dont leave stay here
how can i make this crystal clear?
you need not fear
for everything in this life is made to be eventual
the sun must go down and give way to the moon, even the wrath of the heavens are appeasable
the shadow of in twilight keeps a promise made in vain
although it can from the heart it was spoken in dejection and in pain

logos writes: ‘Tis the drama of the dark pregnant night
Concealed ‘neath the dim moonlit earth
When eyelids in slumber’re past
As creatures creep out their sheath
An awesome odyssey of unseen nature
Upon the stage of preceding dawn
