Then a face appears,
Who is there I wonder,
It's me in a mirror,
A stranger looks back,
Who am I?
Where did I come from?
I wonder, I ask,
What answer do I get,
It's me, it's me,
The real me again.
How long I've looked,
And never seen me,
What did i see before?
A shell the empty me,
Now I'm full of joy inside,
To share with others like me.
I give you all a piece of me,
But not the pain,
The joy within me,
I hope and pray,
That one day you feel like me.
No more a stranger but a friend,
Someone I can rely on,
Someone I can trust,
At last I've found me,
The real me who hid,
From me and others to.
I'm full of joy please feel it too,
I wish you well,
I wish you joy and most of all,
I wish you peace and love.
