: A Man That Must Not Cry
|
on Wednesday, May 18 @ 01:21:58 UTC
corruptedspirit writes:: " All these feelings I’ll keep locked inside,
Won’t let the tears fall from my eyes,
I hold them till they fester into rage,
Then break someone’s face and turn the next page,
Once my feelings have been cured,
Into that trap again I’ll be lured,
A never ending cycle of torment and pain,
All because I can’t let my tears flow like rain,
I’m a man that can’t express the sadness inside,
And I know that the urge to cry I must hide
If I ever muster a tear,
I criticise myself for not neglecting the fear,
That sign of weakness I shouldn’t show,
I release with a crushing blow,
Then it all feels better for a short time,
I am a man and to cry is a crime!

Crying is a crime I like that. Yeah I was taught that real men never cry and that crying is for the weak. So becomes very very hard to shead even a tear you know. Well I hope that I like yourself learns the abilty to cry one day. Very very exellent

I can always tell your poems because at the end you always leave with a bang for the last sentence and end it with an exclamation point!!!! Nice poem, of course and I can't wait to read more!

When one cries it takes away some sorrow and brings some mellow. if i were the write i would end not "a crime" but "a gwan" |
