: The Vigilante
on Wednesday, June 29 @ 19:54:32 UTC
apostolos writes:: " He quickly moves through the night sky
Fighting for others willing to suffer or die
Quiet as a cat he lurks toward his prey
Constantly hidden even in broad day
His identity is hidden he lives a double life
He’s a man who seeks justice; he also has kids and a wife

One night danger catches his ear, he rushes to the scene
He witnesses the man escape and collapses at what he’s seen
Eyes wide he stares at his own flesh and blood
A petrified corpse lies before him buried in the mud
Embellished with emotion he can’t help but fear
What if something happened to the other people he holds dear?
How could he go on thinking he has brought the death of his son?
Now that they have exposed his weakness has the enemy won?

He was the man without fear he slithered in the night
His limbs have grown weak his face chalk white

“I WILL NOT REST UNTILL HIS BLOOD SOAKS MY HANDS”
He stood on his feet with anger giving himself commands
He picked up his son and walked through the night
He is the man without fear who for once has felt fright
